A number of 3-4 hour seminars will be available at the 2008 EAS. Several programs will be offered during the week specifically geared toward college and/or high school students. These programs will explore various career areas, such as Forensics and Industrial Analytical Chemistry, and will allow ample time for visiting the exposition. A Sunday afternoon seminar will also be presented explicitly for middle and high school science teachers, and will include a varied program comprised of assorted demonstrations designed to reinforce classroom instruction. There will be no charge for the seminars, but registration is required. A detailed listing of the seminar topics and schedule will be posted on our website at www.EAS.org as soon as they are finalized.
